A.G.E.N.D.A Guardianship provides a complete, end-to-end filmmaking education — free of charge — to underprivileged youth and young adults ages 13–25. Every stage of the filmmaking process is covered, from the spark of an idea to a finished film on a streaming platform.
A Four-Stage Journey
Our curriculum is structured as a progressive four-stage pipeline. Students can enter at any stage, but we encourage the full journey — because the best filmmakers understand every department.
Screenwriting & Idea Development
Every great film begins with a great story.
We teach young creatives how to transform raw ideas into structured, compelling screenplays. This stage covers the full arc of story development — from the initial concept to a polished, production-ready script.

Script to Shootable Format
Bridging the page and the lens.
A screenplay is a blueprint — but turning it into a film requires a second layer of translation. This stage teaches students how to break down a script into every production document needed to actually shoot it.

Full Production Training
Lights. Camera. Action — for real.
This is where the script becomes a film. Students receive hands-on training in every production department, working on real sets with professional equipment under the guidance of industry mentors.

We don't stop at the final cut. This stage teaches students how to navigate the modern distribution landscape — from film festivals to major streaming platforms — and how to build a career in the industry.
